By playing swoppp! you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to play swoppp! on devices you own. The game, its name, artwork, sounds and code belong to Werk Studios LLC.
Do not cheat, tamper with scores, or use automation to compete in leaderboards. We may remove scores or block access where we believe this has happened.
In-app purchases are final except where the law or the store's policy requires a refund. Refund requests go through Apple or Google.
Clips and results you create with the game are yours. By sharing them you allow us to feature them, credited, in our channels unless you tell us not to.
swoppp! is provided as is. We do our best to keep it working but cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors.
To the extent permitted by law, Werk Studios LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.
